The Ben Stiller thing was a reference to Joaquin Phoenix on Letterman recently. Very funny from Stiller.
And d'oh - another Slumdog win.
Is Dark Knight going to only get the Ledger award?

I had been shooting for Dark Knight on cinematography, but thinking about it, the cinematography in Slumdog WAS pretty incredible. I really did love the movie a LOT, so I don't mind it winning these awards at all 
I mean, Dark Knight was probably equally impressive with cinematography, but Slumdog was still deserved imo

Posted: 2/22/09 at 9:40pmBenjamin Button's cinematography was miles better than Slumdog's. I think it's definitely caught up in an unwarranted sweep. Fortunately everything this year was just good enough for me to enjoy, but not good enough to really care who wins.

Good point about not having the previous Best Supporting Actor give the Actress award....
It seems like the seats are MUCH closer to the stage this year. Kind of VERY up close and personal with the guests.
