I can only say this of one person, Barbra Streisand, but that's kind of easy since she didn't make many films.
I'm chipping away at the films of Bette Davis, so far I've seen Of Human Bondage, Mr. Skeffington, Now, Voyager, All About Eve, Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?, Jezebel (which I should rewatch honestly), and The Private Lives of Elizabeth and Essex.
I REALLY want to watch The Little Foxes, but the current DVD edition is $30 on Amazon, and a cheaper reissue is coming later this month. Some of her best performances (according to the Spada biography) were in television movies so that will be harder to come by. I also doubt I'll be able to see EVERYTHING she did, as she appeared in about 93 movies.
Anyway, was just curious if anyone else had seen the all the work of any major actor or actress?
Phillip Seymour Hoffman. He was a brilliant actor.

Harrison Ford. Just (finally) saw ENDER's GAME last week.

I've seen all the movies that Alicia Rhett was in.
*Almost* Julie Andrews. I'm missing "A Fine Romance," "The Man Who Loved Women," Little Miss Marker," and "On Golden Pond" as well as two Pink Panther movies she (supposedly, because I've heard her scenes ended up on the cutting room floor) has cameos in.
Come to think of it, early in her career she did two television movies "High Tor" and "The Gentle Flame" but they appear to be lost of time-- however, I have seen clips of the former of YouTube.

Judy Garland...somewhere around 40, including shorts.
Ansel Elgort...also easy, because he only has 3 movies right now (Carrie, Divergent, and The Fault in Our Stars). Also caught all 3 in theatres. If he keeps going at this rate, he'll have a great career.
artscallion-
Wow! That's a lot!
Natalie Wood
Sidney Poitier
Diane Lane
Jennifer Lopez
Denzel Washington
James Dean (OK, not hard...)
Montgomery Clift (and it was hard to find, and sit through some of the later ones...)
Otherwise, if I follow a movie career it tends to be directors or, occasionally screenwriters.

Julie Andrews was not in "On Golden Pond."
And you may say Barbra Streisand has not made many movies but I think she's made WAY TOO MANY.
Actually, there was a live television production of "On Golden Pond" with Julie and Christopher Plummer in the early 2000's. It was never released on home video, but is easily found on YouTube. I haven't watched it because as big of a Julie fan as I am, I can't get Kate Hepburn and Henry Fonda out of my head every time I sit down and try. Also, her voice is in really bad shape, too, and it's a little painful for me to listen to, to be honest.
Little Miss Marker is available on Netflix - I've seen it
Unfortunately, I don't have Netflix. Eventually, I'll pick up the DVD.
Wow...I'm astounded by all the fandom up in here. I'm more of a sport's nut, especially tennis, and boxing to a lesser degree.
I'll pry my eyelids open with toothpicks tomorrow morning to get through Roger Federer's likely 5-hour Wimbledon final with Novak Djokovic because they're my two faves on the men's tour and I haven't missed a single Federer-televised final at the majors. Tomorrow, Federer will be aiming to top his own record of 17 singles at the majors as well as top the record 7 singles titles at Wimbledon that he shares with Pete Sampras.
Brad Pitt
Julia Roberts
Tom Cruise
Sandra Bullock
Meryl Streep
Bette Midler
Jake Gyllenhaal
and so many more. Those are just off the top of my head.
^ You've seen every Meryl movie? That's a lot.
And yea...on Babs....I didn't say they were good lol just that I've seen all of them. It's too bad, she made some real stinkers.
Ok so a check of Meryl's imdb page made me surprised that I've seen a good 50% of her movies-
Out of Africa (some teacher in middle school made us sit through it, I always thought it was dull...don't kill me)
A Cry in the Dark (amazing)
Postcards from the Edge (hated it the first time I saw it, now I like it)
Death Becomes Her (okay, guilty pleasure, love this movie!)
The House of the Spirits (umm why were white people playing these roles? But still, Glenn Close and Meryl together!)
The River Wild (great performance with Kevin Bacon)
The Bridges of Madison County (Mediterranean Meryl)
Marvin's Room (Diane Keaton, Young Leo DiCaprio in a chick flick)
Music of the Heart (snatchy music teacher. Gloria Estefan. Angela Bassett.)
Adaptation (brilliant)
The Hours (crying in the kitchen)
Angels in America (what she does best)
The Devil Wears Prada (recharged her career)
Evening (what were all those great actors doing in such a horrible movie?)
Doubt (ehhh whatever I'll take Cherry Jones over Meryl any day)
Julie and Julia (overhyped)
The Iron Lady (such a beautiful disaster)
Hope Springs (chick flick with a little bite to it)
August: Osage County (just awful)
. . .and I have to admit, I've never seen Sophie's Choice! I know! It's on my list of Meryl movies. As well as Dancing At Lughnasa and Plenty.

Imagine remaking On Golden Pond. What a waste.

"As well as Dancing At Lughnasa"
She is the weakest link in that movie. Meryl is up there "ACTING" and the fabulous Kathy Burke, Sophie Thompson and Michael Gambon are all looking at her like "You ain't Lady MacBeth."
<- Irene Dunne
Getting fairly close with Cary Grant's career.
Currently, I'd say James McAvoy and Emma Stone
