I vote for cinnamon ice cream! I make it all the time in my ice cream maker and it's always a hit - unusual AND delicious. It also goes incredibly well with apple pie! Yummy. PM me if you want the recipe.

I'm pretty boring, ice-cream wise. Vanilla chocolate chip (particularly Breyer's) is my fave, with mint chocolate chip coming in second. I've never made home-made... Maybe I should try!

erika, I just don't see you as boring.......a few flavors of gelato in Rome, and you'd be wild like the rest of us!

Friendly's maple walnut is my all time favorite. I don't get to have it though, because we don't have Friendly's stores here in NYC.

Any kind of gelato, but especially Dulce de Leche, pistachio, or tiramisu.
Haagen Dazs Carrot Cake ice cream is also really good.

There's this ice cream shop in Vancouver that has over 530 (I think) types of ice cream. They had dill pickle ice cream, and garlic and such.
