I don't doubt that Jason probably is good at what he does--as the daughter of a social studies teacher I can understand how challenging it is to reach your students--but alot of what papa says and has said in this thread alone is very true, very logical and very eloquent. I also think you've greatly underestimated his following on this board. Which is not a good mistake to make.

Geek - gotta take a little exception to the word 'following'. I simply understand where he's coming from and how he presents his thoughts. And my experience is that, when people don't have that capacity for critical analysis or understanding, he becomes anathma.
And this is from someone who really doesn't see eye-to-eye with him on that many issues!

katy, since i predate your presence on the board, you really wouldn't know that would you? and as far as the 99%? i prefer the 1% since those are generally the ones i respect regardless of their political leanings.

Is it that difficult seeing as A)her name is correctly spelled in her SN and B)for someone who's been around so long and been so observant, I would think you would have noticed her signature for well over a year corrected people in the spelling of her name.
