The seniors got theirs...so this is ours...who's a junior
what are your plans for next year
college?? Shows?? Ect!
hmm...I'm pretty freaked out for college actually. I don't know what I want to be, or what I want to study. *sigh* I need to find my purpose!
as for shows, I'm the herald in what may turn out to be the worst production of R&H Cinderella ever.
:) our school does 3 shows and one "variety show" every year...right now the last show is "rehersal for murder"...I got Bella, which was cool.
Next year the musical is Joseph...so....I hope I get a good part!
It kind of blows that our school only does musicals every other year. So this was my last shot at a good part. Of course, I'll still audition for the spring play, but I just don't have the same passion for straight plays as I do for musicals.
My friend's school is doing Joseph right now, so I'm excited to see her in that.

Yay! Juniors! Actually, I DO NOT want to go to college. I am trying to put off thinking about it for as long as possible. As for shows, I assistant directed Cheaper by the Dozen last semeser, but I am not going to be in another show this year. No time! :-/
EEEP!! College!! A LIFE!! EEEEEP!!!
All I know at this point is that i'm pursuing theatre. Not sure how, but I definetly am!
Right now I'm directing The Bald Soprano by Eugene Ionesco for my school's one-act festival, and come spring my school is doing The Secret Garden.
wait, catie, you are a junior in hs?
i'm assuming she is, since she asked our plans for college.
Indeed, I am a high school junior...why do you ask?
because you didn't know who johnny is...so i assumed you were like 15 or something...sorry
OOOOOOooooohhhh! The Bald Soprano! I LOVE that play! It is so random and funny! I was the maid Freshman year!
oh...so I wasn't far off...

We juniors have to unite and help each other through the toughest year of high school!
I plan on attending SUNY Purchase to major in lighting design...
oh yeah..and about future plans~ nyu-tisch or emerson's MT program are my top choices!

I guess I am thinking about University of Chicago and Columbia. I aven't really given it much thought. I might want to be a teacher, or a scientist. Actually, I would love to be an actress, but I am not good enough. Oh well.
BwayTheatre11-You are right, junior year stinks! It is kicking my butt!
man, to get into tisch would be amazing. I would want to go for costume design if I did. But thats highly unlikely, so I'm trying to think of another major that I care about that I could actually succeed in. I don't have very good self esteem concerning my future.
yay juniors? it's hard to be excited about this year with all the work but i can't wait for college. i think my top choice at the moment is penn but i'm not sure.
i went up and visited columbia...the dorms were sweet, and they put together really nice presentations and stuff, but I wasn't really that impressed with the open admissions policy...does anybody out there go to Columbia?? What do you think about it?
I visited Columbia over my last spring break, and I found it to be really nice. (We are talking about NYC Columbia, right? Not Chicago?) I'd be interested to hear opinions of Columbia NY as well.
im visiting columbia and nyu in february! im SO excited
