Whenever Mr Roxy starts a thread about the economy and how the president elect is sure to be bad for it after he never ONCE mentioned the systematic squandering of a budget SURPLUS over the past eight years of the W administration which ran up the most astronomical debt in the nation's history, well, STF up is the only possible response.

On a HUGE TV themed message board, in regards to one show, we were told we needed to direct all discussion of the gay storyline in the Homosexuality thread. I complained and said it was ridiculous that we couldn't just discuss it in the regular show threads. There's not a heterosexuality thread. I said the existence of said thread was insulting. I was just suspended for that post. Sigh.

PRS, the fact that they decided to 'test' the conversion to digital at midnight on November 5th.

Um, that would be the night that the most important election of my lifetime would be unfolding...

So, at shortly after 1am I had NO CABLE AND NO INTERNET on the most newsworthy night of my life.

And, when I called to complain I was placed in a hold waiting time that lasted over an hour.

And that tonight I still don't have all of my cable channels.

Because my BULLPOOP cable service decided to 'work out the kinks' of the conversion and change and test the channel line-ups during the most important 'effing election newsworthy week of my life.

And, when I called today, to say it was UNCONSCIONABLE, I was told they'd credit me $2.80 for the inconvenience.

So, I say BULLPOOP.

Who the *F* decided this was the time to "test" out the conversion, and to *f* with the channel line-up.

Addy, that was a very good - and well entitled - vent about your cable company.

I hate when people walk down the sidewalk and take up the entire effing thing. Or walk on the left. Or meander back and forth.

That's a shame about RCN. I was considering to switching to them because Comcast also sucks. I really think ALL cable companies suck.
