There is no button. You have to go into "Your Settings," then click on the top link and type in the posters you wish to block. Rob created a thread on the Main board explaining.

I hate that I can still see the troll's posts when I hit 'Reply' but it's SO MUCH MORE FUN to see them disappear once I'm out of the reply mode. It's like magic!

One thing I also notice with this feature is that you can still see if they posted before entering a thread. I almost thought mine was faulty at first. But, it isn't.
