re: question!

Winter rules. IT RUUUUUULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bring on the freezing cold and away with this damned heat!!!!

re: question!

Not true for me. I hate the heat in my area so the summers seem to drag on and on while the winters never seem to last long enough.

re: question!

I love winter. I can always pile on more clothes when it's cold, but there's a limit to how much I can take off in the heat. We've had a delightfully cold and damp summer in the UK, with the occasional fiercely sunny day to remind us what we're missing. It's been fabulous. re: question!

Winter is four months long. Summer is three.

It's just not fair.

re: question!

I like summer cause I don't have school and don't have to deal with people that are rude and nasty towards me. But sometimes it is too hot I can't take it. Right when winter comes though, I will be saying I want it to be summer weather. Trees with no leaves are nasty.

Since when?

re: question!

It's debatable, but I see it as:

December, January, February, March (technically spring, I know, but it's always crappy weather for me)

June, July, August

re: question!

Well our first snow is usually around my husband's birthday - beginning of November. Our last snow is usually around my birthday - beginning of April. That's 5 months.

I freaking hate it.

re: question!

I don't like the heat, but I prefer the summer because I don't have to shovel heat.

re: question!

I love that it gets dark so early. I hate that they had to extend DST for 6 weeks.
....but the world goes 'round

re: question!

Ah, now I see what you mean. Sometimes our winters in New England don't start until January or February. It seems to go later every year. Personally, I don't mind the cold, I just hate the snow.

re: question!

I hate the cold and really bad snow, if I have to drive in it. The heat I don't mind, but the humidity I do.
