I'm sensing that some of those questioning why some on this thread are upset are not understanding that it's the hypocrisy that's bothering some of us. The fact that she jumped all over someone ELSE for something that wasn't even close to what she leapt to the conclusion that it was. This is something much more obvious.

There is no hypocrisy. I have seen her do lesbian and gay jokes that make fun of us. And all she can talk about is her perspective. Her view. Hence.. THE VIEW.

I'd love to see how she would react if someone made a crack about her weight or being 'homosexual'. You know for a fact she'd be on the rampage of 'wanting a public apology'.

Actually.. those kind of remarks and more have already been made of her by the likes of Letterman , Leno, and Stern. And she makes fun of herself all the time.

If there is any truth to her making fun of the homosexuals(in the past)(which I really don't care) it's only because she herself is a homosexual and it's ok. But if she weren't a homosexual, and she cracked jokes about the homosexuals, you'd see how fast they would 'demand' for her to make a public apology'.

3. The Muppets aren't all for kids. Go back and watch some of the stuff from the 80s that were actually baned because of the sexual material and the TV pilot "The Muppets: Sex and Violince".
