The $19.75 priced tickets are not showing for previews anywhere... I then called Telecharge they said try online or call back in 30 minutes since nobody was aware of tickets for $19.75!?

People stayed up until midnight for this sale, without being given a code. Telecharge then decides to do site maintenance beginning at midnight and has no idea about the sale. There are no seats for $19.75 being offered for any preview. Very frustrating...
Yeah, a little annoyed that I stayed up. I think the site crashed for a little but still no sign of the $19 tickets. hopefully soon!

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree. ~Dirty Rotten Scoundrels~
There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel. ~Curtains~
It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known. ~A Tale of Two Cities ~
It was never specified where the seats were or how many would be offered. I thought perhaps it was going to be like a flash sale, where for a few hours they might have almost open inventory. They really do have a lot of seats to sell from the looks of the seating chart over the first month of previews...

I don't know why, but I am finding this to be hilarious at the moment as I just sit her struggling with this site and keeping my fingers crossed I luck out for the date I want when it eventually gets with the program.
I just called again and was told "Box Office Only"...or to use the Theatre Mania code... I explained there was no code so they said to go in person because they have no information.
I find it hilarious in one of those 'can't catch a break' ways. This poor little show didn't need this PR event to blow up in their face. They need to sell tickets!

Couldn't agree more QA, couldn't agree more. This is an epic fail.
