They specifically said midnight. had they said 10 AM when the box office opens, people would line up. is that what we do now if this doesn't work tonight?
It's just frustrating that the person running their social media explicitly stated that no code would be necessary and that these would be available at midnight. Given that they knew people would be staying up to buy these, I think it was a bad PR move not to have someone on social media to be engaging ticket buyers.

Since this isn't working, my guess is they will move this sale online to tomorrow night.
I think moving the sale like that would be the fair thing to do, but there'll be some disgruntled folks at the box office tomorrow morning if they can't get tickets.
Oh dear this is really a mess isn't it? Well I had to stay up to do some work tonight anyway so I will keep on checking and hoping that they get it together. It will be terrible PR for them if this deal ends up only being able to be used at the Box Office. They will loose out on a lot of the ticket sales and butts in the seats I think they were hoping for with the deal in the first place.
Just so I'm not wasting my time (cause I won't be in New York till May), is this discount going to be for any show, or just for the previews? :) Cause if it is just for previews, I'm going to bed, haha

The press release said only previews, excluding Wednesday matinees... but it also said they'd be available at midnight, so who knows?

Yes, it is only for preview performances.
Shauna at Telecharge said it's a no go-red light on getting $19.75 tickets now as they have nothing in their system. Try the box office in the morning or check online again as the system may be updated in the morning. Nite all!

I just checked now as well thinking that perhaps the site maintenance was on Pacific Standard time (for some weird reason). No luck at all over the last 3 hours with finding these seats online. How annoying.
Almost 7 am EST and still no luck. I'm going back to sleep for another hour or so.
