Wicked because it will be a Tony sweep.
Taboo because it doesn't have any audience and is going to close

i dunno i was looking at retreat from moscow but i dunno much about it
Little shop is almost a definite though, but i may be going to see it b4 then so i dunno, and i was kinda considering rent

I agree with Gothampc... Wicked is wonderful and Taboo is sensational..and you might not get to have a chance to see taboo in a couple months (sniff sniff)

Have you seen "Gypsy?" If not, I'd go for that. Bernadette fan, or not, you'll be seeing a legendary production of what could be the greatest musical ever written.

Rent, Wicked, Avenue Q, Aida, or Urinetown (considering it's closing)
I think Rent (b/c I'm obsessed with it) and Urinetown (because it's closing) are the best choices.

Urinetown because its closing and Millie because Sutton is leaving. And they're both great fun....If you're going after then...Gypsy, and I wanna say Wonderful Town, only because I'm dying to see it, haha. But don't deprive yourself of Bernadette in Gypsy.

Wicked and Millie.

Little Shop, Little Shop of Horrors!
Lol, sooner or later you are just going to get a list of all the musicals on Broadway on this thread, so just go to Broadway.com and flip a coin or something.

Don't rule out Avenue Q just because your parents are going. I think it's like the anti-family show, but not in that sense, but it is for a family to enjoy, just not a runaway turkey like Beauty and the Beast. It's great. There was a family of about 7 people sitting around me, kids of all different ages (but all mature enough to enjoy it), and they were having the best time! Go see it! You won't regret it AT ALL! Don't know when your birthday is and if your sticking to just Broadway, but if you like something original and creative (that actually describes Avenue Q perfectly, too) go see Caroline, or Change, on Broadway or off.

The Producers is a good idea- considering its two stars are coming back, and the show, I hear, is phenomenal with them as the two leads.
I'd go with Millie though, as Sutton is leaving and the first time I saw the show, I really really had an amazing time, and never forgot that experience theater. It really is a great feel-good show. That would be my choice.
