I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking that Best Actress in a Musical is going to be the biggest nail-biter of the evening. I haven't seen Glenn Close in Sunset yet, but I have seen Smith and Riley, both of whom could easily take home Larry's head tonight. Interesting that these 2 should be squaring off, given that Smith had much stronger acting than vocals, while Riley has much stronger vocals than acting.
I'm also excited for the play performances. I've seen all 8 nominees in the leading/play categories, and they were all excellent. It's a tough call, but I'm hoping they go to Billie Piper and Ed Harris.

I remember Billie Piper as the Miley Cyrus of my time. Stoked that she transitioned to serious actress so well.
