Do Tampa and Orlando have the same shows every season?

I doubt it. You liked it? I thought it was really cheesy and not in a tasty cheeseburger way. I am driving to see Mean Girls at the end of the month.

Of all the shows touring Escape to Margaritaville is one that I have no interest in seeing. If it's part of my season, I may just skip that one.
And Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - that one doesn't interest me either.

I didn't think Margaritaville was bad enough to leave early. I'm not a big fan of Buffet and the book was kind of dumb. It was the audience that ruined my experience. I had two of the rudest people in front of me. Drunk and all about me attitude.

Got word this morning that Detroit is announcing this Monday morning as well as Kansas City.
Posted: 2/7/20 at 3:18pm
Broadway in Detroit email to subscribers:
Ain't to Proud: July-Aug 2020 Detroit Opera House
Frozen: Aug-Sep 2020 Detroit Opera House
The Bands Visit: Oct-Nov 2020 Fisher Theatre
The Cher Show: Dec 2020 Fisher Theatre
Hairspray: Feb 2021 Fisher Theatre
Mean Girls: Feb-Mar 2021 Fisher Theatre
Hamilton as an add-on Mar-Apr 2021
Honestly, I'm a little disappointed. Once again we're not getting the big shows first run: Hadestown, TKAM, The Prom, Tootsie ect... (at least in the subscription). Who knows what the extras will be since they announce those around/during the Tony's. Having the season start in July is really weird for Detroit.

I feel the same about Detroit's announcement. I'm actually excited to see Hairspray but am shocked that it is part of the subscription instead of an add-on. With so many good shows touring this seems like a waste. Also not sure why they keep the extra add-on shows such a secret, I don't know of any other city that does this.

I mean- we aren’t getting a single Play, Musical or either revival Tony winner in the first go around- or even TKAM. That’s ridiculous.
They aren’t even announcing any possible shows for the 2021-22 season as a spoiler.
As a side note, I was pissed Broadway in Detroit didn’t fight to get Hello Dolly on the first year of the tour, especially as it was being performed in its originating theatre at the Fisher.

As posted earlier in the thread. 2/23 at 10 am. But if it's like the last few years it'll leak early. And I'm assuming you've the teaser.

Don't complain. Here in Los Angeles, we get The Bands Visit at the Dolby. Just look at the barn of a room when you're watching the Oscars. It's what we get for 18 months while Hamilton is camping in the Pantagesl

Hadestown, Hairspray, Wicked, Dear Evan Hansen, Anastasia, and the Cher Show are all listed as coming to Miami. Still impatiently waiting on info from West Palm and Fort Lauderdale though.
