My guess is stage door and backstage visits will be back at some point, but not right off the bat. I don't get why people get so worked up about stage dooring. No one is forcing the actors to stage door and there's plenty of actors who don't do it and plenty who do and enjoy it. 

I'm sure this has been discussed in the Hadestown return thread, but we do think any shows will move up their opening dates now that Hadestown is opening on September 2nd?

I'm hearing late winter / early spring. They want to bring it. Tom Kitt will have two new musicals running!

The Lehman Trilogy at the Nederlander will be starting September 25 with an opening date of October 14

Paradise Square will be playing the Barrymore starting February 22 and opening March 20

Skeleton Crew at the Friedman will begin December 21 and open January 12

Not in this year's Tonys season or anything, but Springsteen on Broadway will be back at the St. James from June 26 to September 4

Freestyle Love Supreme is also making it's return at the Booth from October 7 to January 2.

Between this, Springsteen, American Utopia, and A Christmas Carol (is that even still happening?) I wonder if we're going to be seeing more and more of these special event type shows that keep returning year after year, though I suppose it's a good way of utilizing a theater if a different show is coming in later.

A Christmas Carol will not be returning to Broadway this year, but will instead be launching two separate tours on the West Coast in November. It is likely to return to Broadway for Christmas 2022.

The Music Man has confirmed its December 20 arrival/February 10 opening, with Kate Horton coming on as Executive Producer. Tickets on sale from 10 a.m. ET today.

Clyde's will begin previews on November 3, prior to a November 22 official opening.

Take Me Out will begin previews on March 9, 2022 and officially open on April 4.
