Is Mark Morris Dance Group doing "The Hard Nut" this year? (BAM has bizarrely only scheduled dance until the 1st week of December, which is where they have performed it in NYC in recent years). If they are doing it in New York, definitely go see it!
New Victory Theater has Circus Abyssinia's Tulu as their holiday show. Great cirque troupe who have performed there a couple times before (and usually not explicitly holiday themed, for those of you who want to see a show but not be bombarded with saccharine Christmas glitz).

Christmas in Connecticut, a new musical based on the 1945 film, is having its world premiere at Goodspeed.
