Has anyone had any Rush ticket experience with these 3 shows(39 Steps, Passing, August:osage)? I am interested in knowing where the seats are typically located. thanks if you can help!

I rushed Passing Strange on Sunday. I got there about an hour and 45 minutes before curtain and was given front row orchestra all the way over house right. The view was great from there.

I rushed 39 steps and the seats were center orchestra about five rows from the stage in the middle of the row. I got there about 1.5 hours before the show but then again the rush seats are supposedly only offered two hours before the show.
I rushed AUGUST and my seat was front row center orchestra.
"I rushed AUGUST and my seat was front row center orchestra."
Yeah but when was that?
The first preview.
When I rushed August: Osage County it was in early November and I was given front row of the rear mezzanine at the Imperial. I have no idea where the rush seats are at the Music Box.
I rushed August at 7:35pm (was under the impression the show started at 8pm, it does not!) and was given a seat in the mezz but never actually climbed the stairs and ended up sitting in a free seat on the side of the orch. This was February/March-ish?
I rushed 39 Steps a few weeks ago on a Wednesday and got 5th row orch (I assume empty house seats).
Has anyone done rush at August since it switched theaters? Where have your seats been?
Bump.
When I rushed August a few weeks ago, I got last row of the balcony.
Bump for more August info as of recently - what time do you need to get there for tickets?
Rushed 39 steps last Saturday for the matinee for three - first in line @ 12 o'clock and got partial view seats - two in row C and one in row D.
Enjoy!

I rushed The 39 Steps on July 3rd and my seats were the last row of the mezzanine on the left. Apparently, the entire show was sold out and there were only 3 rush seats left at 6. The view was fine.
i finally did rush for 39 and Passing.
For 39 I was second in line at a Saturday matinee and got the last row of center orchestra (wheelchair seats). The view was fine [had to lean over to see the little balcony scenes]. I felt like I was too far away for such a small show, but i still liked it.
For Passing, I went a few hours before curtain and got front row left. Awesome seat.
I still haven't tried August but I'll be doing that soon.
I'm trying to rush AUGUST sometime this weekend. Anyone know what's the best time to get there?
Bump for an answer for August rush...!
And another bump.

Last week on Wednesday, I got to the theatre at 10:05am (after I got a rush ticket for Gypsy) and I got the second to last row of the mezzanine to the left for the matinee. There were only few seats empty in the last row, but it was full otherwise.
Were there a lot of people when you got there?
I'm probably rushing it on Friday but I'm a horrible morning person

Planning on rushing August and PS this wednesday!
How is August Osage from the rear mezz? Im assuming not bad because its a really small theater.
It's not bad at all. I rushed the Friday night performance, got there at 10-40ish, and there was no one there. Got a seat at the very last row. Since there were empty seats towards the front, I was able to move after the first intermission so it went great.
You still can see fairly well from the back row and you can hear everyone just fine.
Is there any truth to the rumor that August doesn't do rush on weekends? I'm thinking of trying tomorrow, but if there's no point, I'd rather know now.
Thanks.

I know it was a weekend when I rushed August. I think it was a Saturday night.
