Kerry Butler's "Faith, Trust & Pixie Dust", Capathia Jenkins "One Ounce of Truth", Adding Machine and A Catered Affair are all now on sale at psclassics.com.

Kerry & Capathia's albums are in stores May 13, Catered Affair is in stores May 23, and Adding Machine is in stores June 3rd. Each page has sound clips of the albums up as well...

I've been looking forward to Capathia Jenkins's album ever since PS Classics announced it -- Nikki Giovanni is one of my favorite poets. The samples sound FANTASTIC. I'm itching to hear the rest of their choices (they picked some that I really love) set to music. Time to dig out the credit card...

Question, why buy an album of a show you didn't like? Is it just for posterities sake? Do you actually listen to the album?

Yeah, I think you have to get the recording even if you didn't like the show. I own every show that I have ever seen.
And now thanks to this link I will soon own Adding Machine.

Just to comment on the Time Life remark...Time Life is a huge company and there is a lot of red tape. I believe PS Classics is a very small company that ONLY does recordings, which is why the company gets things done faster. There is no need to bash Time Life. Just know that when Time Life records a cast album, it is going to take a little more than a month for it to be released. I'm just glad when shows get a recording. The GYPSY recording, by the way, is going to be AMAZING! Can't wait.
