Hi was just curious to see if anyone would swap $400 or even maybe $375 for $450 in Broadway.com gift cards …reason is much bigger selection on Today Tix …willing to negotiate
Unfortunately most of the people on this board are aware that Broadway.com has some of the most predatory fees on the market and usually caters to tourists who don't know any better.
You could try selling it on Facebook Marketplace or something like that, but even then, I think you'll be hard pressed to find a buyer at that rate.

They’re fees are not that bad and I’m willing to go down to even $350

he says as he lowers the price! LOL
YES - broadway.com fees ARE that bad.
Broadway.com's fees are outright asinine.
Well, I thought I'd see what Kimberly Akimbo is like on the 26th of September in case I want to revisit before the premier of HERE WE ARE. Well, I can get a very front orchestra ticket for $195.50 from telecharge direct, $247.02 from Broadway.com or $189 at Todaytix. Wowzars. If this is the difference between all shows I would suggest your $450 gift card at Broadway.com is equivalent to about $356 at Telecharge or $344 at Todaytix if we assume pure monetary value. So I can see why you'd be willing to go down to $350. However, given as your very original post points out that there is a much broader selection on Todaytix, you are likely requiring someone to do administration effort to make this change, and Broadway.com has a certain...stigma here because of its notorious business practices, there still needs to be further discount for it to even be considered, in my opinion.
Even so, while some theatre fans enjoy the dirty feeling of either bathing in ALW's good melodies (and even his bad) or listening to the recent London cast recording of Company wishing there had been a Broadway recording done, perhaps both in the same evening, I don't know if the dirty feeling of shopping on broadway.com and knowing your money is being theft to fund the rich lavish lifestyle of an online real estate landlord who scored the URL of the century will ever go away.

Today Tix isn't cheaper than Telecharge. They use a discount code and then charge a fee to the customers.
Anyone can use a discount code on their own at a box office and not pay any fees.

This is probably the wrong place for this since we all know better. Try clueless people on Reddit.
