I was wondering, before 9 to 5 opened on Broadway, the official website for it had a few studio versions of the songs 9 to 5, Get out and Stay Out, & Backwood Barbie.

Were these from the OBCR or a demo?

Are they going to re-recorded these songs for the OBCR?

Are they going to re-recorded these songs for the OBCR?

Those were either demos or orchestra testings and they will re-record those for the cast recording for better vocal quality and sound quality.

Well, Shrek was more recent. I probably would have gotten the same response if I were to say Cry-Baby or Legally Blonde or whatever. I couldn't think of any others at the time; so sue me.
