Miley Cyrus....Hugh Jackman....Kid Rock....Nicole Kidman.....Reese Witherspoon are all appearing tonight, among others.

No mention of 9 to 5, or Dolly for that matter.

Or Reba.

I guess it's a big deal in country circles as it was her first public appearance since her divorce from her husband ( /producer/songwriter). It's all people at work are talking about today.

I, like you, was less than impressed though.

I thought the idea of 9 To 5 performing at the CMAs seemed out of place anyway.

I don't think a Broadway spot would go over well with hard-core country fans in the middle of the biggest show of the year, even if it doesn involve Dolly.
