Back in the early 1990s, there was going to be a movie version of INTO THE WOODS featuring actors and creatures from Jim Hensons' creature shop (search other threads for more info).
At that time, the cast was rumored to include Billy Crystal and Diane Keaton with Susan Sarandon as the Witch.
Today -- I think Catherine Zeta Jones would make a fun Witch. I'd love to see Paul Giamatti as the Baker. And how about Toni Collette as The Baker's Wife?
