classy, classy speech, the nod to her peformance defining co-star, and the homage to a show celebrating women. She moved me, and I was expecting to be moved by a Tonya win.

YESSSSSSSSS! I'm so incredibly happy for her! I started screaming "Yes yes yes!" when her name was called-- I was totally shocked, because I wasn't expecting it! I'm just so happy for her-- she deserved this Tony, and her speech was very nice. I started spazzing- this made my day!
I have my books and my poetry to protect me...

OKAY SO i maybe a big freako, but if anyone can relate its this message board. When i go to the theater or watch the Tony's i get really emotional, so, I sobbed from 8pm until 11pm. ESP. during musical perf. Cerveris' win, Rose's win, book/score to Ave Q winning, and most of all Idina. I could barely see the screen i was so hysterical. i am so happy i could just explode!!!!!!!!! yaya! i love broadway!!! haha

Good for her. She was my sentimental favorite. I'm glad to see her win.

Easily the BEST moment of the night!!! I was dissappointed otherwise! Wicked was robbed!!! At least it lost to Ave Q if it had to lose at all

I have to agree, Idina's speech was classy. When her name was called, she leaned up to Kristin FIRST before even kissing her husband! I thought it was a wondeful compliment to Kristin when Idina said " YOU are the grace and the light on that stage every night". I have a lot more respect for her now.
