thanks for posting this- when I searched on iTunes, it does not appear so the link was helpful
Just search for "God Awful Accents" and it should come right up.
Does Kinky Boots come up when you search that too?
on iTunes, it's there but the old albums come up first until orders move up the placement. Search 'Annie 2012' on iTunes or Amazon for best results.

I'm assuming the OP is from the label? It doesn't seem to be available on any of the UK mp3 sites - not iTunes, Google Play or 7digital... will it be available there soon?

I don't know why anyone who has the OBC recording would want to get this recording. From the bits I've heard, it pales in every way, including the "new and improved" orchestrations. The OBC recording is perfection.

The OBC recording is flawless, but I am very happy to have Lilla's versions of 'Maybe' and 'Tomorrow' she's a great follow-up to McArdle.
I would recommend this cast recording ANY DAY over the horrendous 30th recording. I think my ears bleed when that Annie "sings".
Thanks shout!

The new recording of "Annie" adds nothing to what has been previously recorded.
The performances are "eh"...and is not musically complete.
The 30th Anniversay cast recording is terrific and complete. The only
"horrendous" recording is this new 2012 Broadway cast recording of "Annie" as most people on this board have already posted their comments and is the general opinion.

I am extremely happy to have this recording also.
I don't care which one is better the other. I am glad I have a version that has Lilla and Anthony because I thought their performances were worth remembering.
Plus I am happy to purchase something from a revival Broadway show because I would personally like to support the idea that they even considered making it to begin with.

The ensemble sounds so bare, but I do love the new orchestrations.
