Pointless at this point, you seem to know everything.
Turn your perfect pitch down a little, you'll enjoy shows a lot more.

He tends to have pitch problems around his passagio. This happens a lot to lower voices when they "sing off the voice" for the sake of the heavy miking that we use in the theater nowadays.

This can sometimes be annoying but it is not disasterous.

At least that's how I see it, I may be wrong

I've enjoyed some of his performances also...his acting is usually right on the "marc"..LOL...but as for me turning down my perfect pitch - would that I could now-a-days (I'd enjoy theatre a lot more, lemme tell ya!)...- but I wouldn't trade it for anything. It helps me to enjoy truly GOOD singers. The people who really work for the money they earn by taking lessons consistantly, always improving their technique. Once again - leave the bitterness behind, people - its not becomming. We're all here to support theatre and to give credit where it is due. I salute the cast of Assassins as being far better than most of the dreck I've seen in the past few years (lucky they had Sondheim behind them to write them a unique and tantalizing piece of theatre) It is certainly better (by miles) than a lot of the stuff it is up against.

Funny though that you picked on Kudisch for Assassins, seeing that he's about fourth on the list of people who sing off pitch in the show...

He's also been sick as a dog for almost a week now. But I think ONE Assassins going out sick was enough already. James Clow was great stepping in though. Although no Cerveris. Congrats on their extention thru the 4th of July...ironic a bit.

Cerveis was incredible last night.

Forgive me for asking a question I'm sure I could find the answer to with a little surfing... I'm just rushed for time. Has the run of Assassins been extended? I saw it in previews and loved it. Hope to see it again, but originally it was only scheduled until the end of May. Thanks.

I'm here in NY, about to head out to tonight's performance. The main reason I made the trip. (but seeing seven other shows while here!) Hope it lives up to all these raves!!
