For Wicked, would you recommend Balcony obstructed view or Family circle limited view?

Balcony. The thing I hate about that place is that a large amount of the seating is limited/obstructed/partial view.
Academy of Music in Philly? Wicked is playing there?

This theater is terrible. It's a beautiful theater, but the sightlines are awful. I have partial view tickets in the Family Circle for Wicked, so I'm dreading to see how bad they are.
Wow...why isn't it playing in one of the other theatres? I grew up there. I just can't imagine a stage show at the AOM. I guess because it was for opera and the symphony when I was growing up.

Yeah, since it was not really designed for theater, there is so much obstruction.
I am not really sure why, but lately most of the touring shows have been playing at the AOM instead of the Merriam or the Forrest (which has remained empty for about 2 years and will FINALLY get Les Mis this week).

That's the one thing I hated about the AOM was the obstruction. I can remember as a kid sitting upstairs on the far left closest to the stage and listening to Carmen because there was a pole right in front of me.
