Michael Sarrazin was a prominent film & stage actor and will be greatly missed.
Michael Sarrazin, the understated star of films like They Shoot Horses, Don’t They? and The Flim-Flam Man, died Sunday, April 17 in Montreal after a brief, quiet battle with cancer, surrounded by his family. He was 70 years old.

Wow, he was 70? Sorry to hear he passed. I remember he had beautiful blue eyes.
An extremely underrated actor. I was a fan. I always associate him with THE REINCARNATION OF PETER PROUD. THEY SHOOT HORSES..., SOMETIMES A GREAT NOTION and THE FLIM-FLAM MAN are definitive in his filmography. He took a back seat to La Streisand in 1974's FOR PETE'S SAKE and his final Hollywood starrer was 1976's THE GUMBALL RALLY.
May he Rest in Peace.
I read the subject line and immediately thought I didn't know who was Sarrazin was: because the very sexy man I was thinking of couldn't POSSIBLY be 70!!
RIP, Michael.
Really sad news!
So many memorable screen appearances, some of my favorites being The Reincarnation of Peter Proud, The Pursuit of Happiness and especially his amazing take on The Creature in the Christopher Isherwood/Don Bachardy 1973 TV movie Frankenstein: The True Story.
