I think its weird how everyone is criticizing their return.

honestly, i'd see ANYTHING Adam is in, but even i'd admit returning to rent like 4 months after he made a big comeback would be...hackneyed.

on the other hand, its 2009. not now, about a year from now. i guarantee you most of us will be missing RENT by this time, and will welcome the return of such talented actors.

as far as their age goes?
Anthony honestly doesn't look a day older than when he left OBC, and Adam looks better than he did. I think Mark and Roger need to be youthful but not necessarily young looking. they've lived quite a lot, considering their age. And again, adam and anthony looked great in the role.

Yeah. But Adam has been looking oooold recently. Hopefully by the time I see them he's reverted to the look he had this last summer. Or maybe not, maybe seeing him do it full on Grandpa Pascal style might be more entertaining, for those moments I'd rather just sit there and mentally make fun of him.

It even matches Mark's ensemble. They can get a green and plaid one for Pascal to ride around on.



I'm imagining this scene re-choreographed with the scooters. Instead of looking perilously close to an angry make out session, they can just ram the front bumpers with their Rascals. Oh god, that sounds like a 'shipper name.

although i don't condone this...parody of rent, i must admit its quite funny to imagine ^_^

and about adam looking old lately, I agree that without the pale blonde hair, he does look more his age, but this transformation happened the day after he left rent and cut his hair. its remarkable but he can his appearance very well.

All of these parodies are hilarious. I adore the show and hate to see it leave. I think that Adam and Anthony aren't too old to return for a little bit, but they're getting there (another sad thought...) However, both of them have given their say on how they feel about the show closing and I agree with them fully. As sad as it is, they're accepting it and I think that we have to, too. It is extremely tough for me to say this though, as I am a huge Rent fan.
