Adam Shankman Checks Into Rehab, "Seeking Treatment"

Adam Shankman is on the road to recovery. The 49-year-old director has checked into rehab, his rep confirms exclusively in a statement to Us Weekly.

"Adam Shankman is currently seeking treatment in a rehabilitation center," the statement said. "His friends and family support him and wish him well on his journey to recovery."

Today's directors are such woosies. Do you think Vincente Minnelli George Cukor or Bob Fosse ever checked into rehab? Maybe their actors did, but they never did.
