Tick, Tick, Boom
Anything Wildhorn
Anything Jason Robert Brown (save Songs...)

There are too many people who mentioned Follies! The OBCR is not a good representation of the show but the Papermill recording is excellent, and the concert video is at least worth a glance.

When I was in middle school, they put on a disastrous production of Into the Woods. I didn’t remember much about the plot but because it was such a trainwreck, I always had a horrible memory of the show. Then over the summer, I watched the OBC DVD of it for the first time and was blown away. I didn’t know how brilliant it was. And no middle school should attempt a Sondheim show EVER!

I also had no idea about Gypsy until this production opened and after seeing it I can proudly call it my favorite show.
