Alicia Keys to Perform Postshow at Hell's Kitchen

I doubt she’d actually go into the show this late in the game. Just a last ditch effort to up their numbers during a slow month and push those VIP packages.

I am big. It’s the REVIVALS that got small.

She might join the show in the Winter months. Even just doing 6 shows/week.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Now that she's on the other side of the wall, she can complain about Little Bear Ridge Road being too loud. Full circle.

Too old for Ali and not right for Jersey. She’s not going to be one of the friends at Manhattan Plaza.

Only option that could potentially work is Miss Liza Jane, but I haven’t heard of Kecia Lewis leaving anytime soon. Would be touching though if Keys stepped into that part with Aziza Miller (the real Liza Jane) still playing in the orchestra.

I just don’t see it happening. Grosses have dropped, Keys isn’t a name that people are dropping big bucks on these days, and she certainly would be getting paid more than Lewis which would hurt their bottom line. I think it’s more realistic that she does a couple more post-show appearances to keep things afloat but not actually stepping into the show.
