Greased, I don’t think you understand the logistics of theater producing! There’s no way a show like Almost Famous, with a sizeable cast and crew would ever work in the Booth. It would have to run for years just to turn a profit.
Per reliable sources: as of yesterday they still haven't been able yet to secure a theatre. And it is my understanding that they are not the only show that's circling around Broadway for the Spring.
"It does what a musical is supposed to do; it takes you to another world. And it gives you a little tune to carry in your head. Something to take you away from the dreary horrors of the real world. A little something for when you're feeling blue. You know?"
I find it intriguing that Mrs. Doubtfire was able to book a house without playing a single tryout performance, while Almost Famous, Becoming Nancy, Chasing Rainbows, Secret Life of Bees, August Rush, Wrong Man, and other haven’t.
In our millions, in our billions, we are most powerful when we stand together. TW4C unwaveringly joins the worldwide masses, for we know our liberation is inseparably bound.

Well, I think some of those are dead in the water or like Bees, aren’t ready to make the jump. I also suspect it has something to do with the producers.
