Alright, I am today forced to make the decision between seeing High Fidelity or Spring Awakening in about a month's time. Do the good people of BWW have any advice?

that is rather tough, considering they are both very different, and such
having not seen or heard much about either of them, i would go with SPRING AWAKENING.
I haven't seen either.
But, so far, all reviews I've heard of HIGH FIDELITY have been lukewarm stating that a lot of the show is forgettable.
I could not be more excited for SPRING AWAKENING, however. The Off-Broadway reviews were stellar and the music I've heard has been very good.
I'd go with SPRING.
Agreed.
Thanks for the advice- after head bopping to the broadway.com video of "The Bitch Called Living", I am pretty sure that I will end up choosing Spring Awakening.

Haven't seen either, but based on what I've seen of each Spring Awakening is the winner.
I have only seen Spring Awakening and I enjoyed it a lot. Plan to see it again on Broadway when I am in New York this Spring.

Spring Awakening
I've only seen High Fidelity, I loved it, but I would say Spring Awakening. High Fidelity is funny and fun, but not much more.
Having seen both, I would also say Spring Awakening. Much more inspired and a very different show than anything out there right now.

is unkindest a word?
According to Dictionary.com, yes it is, but I would think it's an awkward word to use. However, it is incorrect grammar to say "most unkindest." It would either be "most unkind" or "unkindest," never both. I'm just saying.

I don't know anything about Spring Awakening but I was sort of disappointed with High Fidelity. Spring Awakening seems to be ahead here though, so follow everyone elses advice.

I've only seen HF, but I really enjoyed it. I don't know anything about Spring Awakening, though.
