re: And suddenly, it's green

At first I thought I accidentally clicked the West End board.

I don't think I like it. Or maybe it's just because I'm not used to it.

re: And suddenly, it's green

I think BroadwayWorld and the Empire State Building are having an argument over their favourite musical with a green protagonist.

re: And suddenly, it's green

I don't like it. I don't like it at all. Does anyone know the reason for it being green all of a sudden. I do know that BWW usually puts a show logo in the top left corner when there is an opening etc. But, can someone please explain to me the reasons behind this.

Shrek begins previews on Saturday.

And I agree, it's ugly.

That was sudden! I was reading a post and then hit the link to the broadway board and bam! green! And the legless muffin man disturbs me.

"And I agree, it's ugly."

But how appropos for the show... and the title character.

I wonder if the reviews will match.

It costs money to run this playpen.
Begin at the beginning and go on till you come to the end: then stop.

re: And suddenly, it's green

This is creepy. Even the west end went green. But seriously, advertising on this site... everyone knows about the show already.

I hope BWW is getting some major moolah for this.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Yes, I read it. So...Shrek paid for that too. It's called advertising.
