Yeah, when I arrived at the site I realized that Wicked is saving marketing bucks by only putting ONE ad in the NY Times a year and not advertising here!

Posted: 11/7/08 at 10:06amI think it's sneaky way to promote a show -- BWW should be an objective site when listing its features, latest news articles, etc., etc. It's fine to advertise openly but this is almost like jamming the show down everyone's throat. Beware, Shrek monitors, readers may throw up and avoid the show.

It's not a big deal. It'll probably only be around for a couple days, it's cute, and let's face it, if Gypsy, [tos] or Xanadu did this, you'd all be ecstatic.
