I hate how you "white" theatergoers bandy about the same predictable colored actors names for particular roles and feel the need to post pictures to illustrate your choices....ugh

It just feels like you don't think anyone knows who Nia Long is. If you suggest Patti LuPone for a role, do you go out of your way to post her head shot?

And you know, NIa Long is NOT a household name so even if I did post a pic because I didn't know if people knew who she was by name alone I dont see anything wrong with that.

And for the record. I am black. I don't think people were posting the pics because they didn't think there were people who didn't know who these actresses are, I think, as I did, I could just see them in the part.
Also, I am having a bit of a problem with Jackson playing King. He just seems too old to be playing King at 39.
