I just got the discount brochure for Altar Boyz. Very creative and funny. It certainly did its job of intriguing me.
I came to the board looking to see if anyone thought it would be an entertaining show to go to and I see there is lots of excitement. Sounds like somthing I should go see.

Jgssf, Altar Boyz is DEFINITELY a show you should go see. Easily the funniest piece of theater I've seen all year. And you already got the discount brochure? Why haven't I gotten one in the mail yet!?!?

Jgssf...I nearly died when the brouchure came in it was amazing!!! lol I have my Alter Boyz fan cards now and I TOTALLY want to go see it...$36 is really really cheap anyways so why not??

It's been a really busy week so I haven't had time to post, but I just want to say that I saw the first two previews of Altar Boyz on Tuesday and Wednesday, and they were SPECTACULAR. I didn't think it was possible to top the performances at NYMF, but it's amazing what a show can do with some money and a bigger stage. It's seriously the best show I've ever seen in my life and everyone needs to run to the theater as fast as they can to go see it. And then check out danieltorres.net for more information on what they just saw :)

Altar Boyz nominated for Drama League Award!!! The entire ensemble! I just found out that tickets are available to the public for their May 13th luncheon awards show! A chance to see the boyz up close and personal and show your support, gratitude, love, lust, etc.

There seriously needs to be an Understudy Appreciation Day or something. They put in SO much work, and usually get little-to-no credit.
