Back in March, 2023, "Room" starring Adrienne Warren shut down during rehearsals - weeks before it was due to open in previews. The reason given was because financing fell through when producers started pulling out. I'm curious if there have been any updates since then ? Has any other producers been approached ? Are there any plans for this to get on stage in the next season ?

Usually, when financing falls through, it’s hard to make happen a second time. I wish them the best.

This has about as much chance of making it to broadway as The Nerds does.
Still think there was something slimy about this. I wish showtown theatricals was held more accountable for shutting this show down, but instead they were rewarded for producing the parade revival.

It's DOA, there is no appetite for it.

Oh, Nerds. I remember Nerds having a table at NYCC forever ago promoting their upcoming Broadway run.
Hope Room shows up somewhere, but it's hard to bounce back from announcing and canceling a Broadway run.
