Any word on Into the Woods further extension?

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything more about a further extension, irrespective of who the cast will be. Last I heard there was a rumour about the production extending to January 2023 but haven’t seen anything more on that recently.

I haven't heard anything new yet, but I think this could extend even longer into next spring. It's too good not to extend it further!

The idea is to work and to experiment. Some things will be creatively successful, some things will succeed at the box office, and some things will only - which is the biggest only - teach you things that see the future. And they're probably as valuable as any of your successes. -Harold Prince

There have been rumors this will go through January but nothing is confirmed. I think if it keeps making a lot of money and there is still a lot of interest, it will absolutely extend.
