What do we think about the state of the strike? I'm going to contact my NY state reps to urge them to stand in solidarity with the union workers, it's crazy that Management has been stalling on them this long after they voted last February to unionize.

The first question I have is who is "we"? The content of your post, your screen name, and the short time you have been a part of this board suggests that you are shilling in the most blatantly unpalatable way I can imagine. Indeed, whose lame idea was this post? I'd prefer to think you are an AI bot gone wrong rather than some intern doing publicity for the union.
For the record, I side with those elected officials on the substance of this. It's the process of this post that I find offensive.

Thanks for posting and I have signed up for your reports.
It is hard to say what will emerge from the wreckage that is going on now during these first few months of the Great Tantrum. But I think it is clear from this letter and the support of many of the nyc Democratic Party voices (some who will be challenging Mayor Adams in a year) that labor will be a big issue in the coming years.
