Audience Rewards - Merch Redemption

Has any one redeemed AR points for a window card? I’m interested but wary of how it ships / whether it will arrive in good, non-creased condition. Paper goods can be tricky to mail. Or, should I just redeem for a t-shirt instead?

I’ve ordered a program from them before and it was sent flat and surrounded in sturdy cardboard.

When I ordered a windowcard from Creative Goods (which is one of the places where AR gets their merch from), the poster was shipped flat in large double cardboard.

I ordered a Sunset Boulevard revival window card from them and it arrived perfectly. Shipped with care. If it were to arrive damaged I have no doubts they would replace it for you.

Another success story here! I ordered a Moulin Rouge window card and it arrived in perfect condition - packed flat with a DO NOT BEND sticker.
