Yeah, from Dress Circle...umm, about 2 weeks ago!

I may or may not be uploading some songs from it on a certain site right now. :)

Which means you preordered...did you ever get a shipment confirmation? Or an e-mail that said "your order has been processed and his ready to ship"??

You can listen to the songs in a little while on that site, when they've uploaded into the search directories :)

Oh...and the DVD plays just fine on my DVD player and I'm pretty sure my player isn't a region free player.

I'm considering order it from Footlight on tuesday. DressCircle hasn't sent a confirmation e-mail. Unless "your order has been processed and is ready for shipment" means its been shipped. But when you think about it. It takes 8 hours to get from the UK to the US. Then a couple days to get where it needs to go. And it's been more than a week.

What does everyone suggest I do?

Have you tried e-mailing Dress Circle with your order number and asking them for more information? They're probably in the best position to tell you when it was sent...

Funny...I did just that and was expecting an answer from them but got nothing. Then I went to go check my mailbox and there it was :)

The Hartt School (where I go) just did it. It was amazing. The old one was done though...not this one. It's great...It's gonna take some getting used to though. I absolutely love the Broadway version as well...we'll see :)

Thank you everyone. I will be looking for some samples. I can't order it until after Christmas but I appreciate everyone's comments about it. I was concerned it won't play on our CD player but I'm sure it will play on my DVD player if it has a zoning problem anyways.

Like I said earlier, I've put some "samples" on a certain website which you can find by searching 'parade' 'donmar', for example.

I don't think the DVD is an essential watch, really - there are some nice bits which show you around the set, but the interviews don't illuminate much that we don't already know!

Well the CDs obviously play. The DVD plays on my Mac...I can't really try to play it on my DVD player cause I don't have one in my dorm room.

Hope this helps!

I agree...the DVD isn't much to get too excited about. The running time of it's entire contents is about 20 minutes.

Oh my DVD player plays CD's too. That was what I was referring to in my post. We could play anything on our Comp too but it can slow down the internet so I seldom do that unless I have no other choice because of region troubles. Thanks for the info anyways.
