Awww, look on the bright side Eyes...

I had a smaller role in a show over the summer. I decided to stop dwelling on the role size, and devote myself to having the most fun with it. I don't think I ever committed myself so much to a role before. I really got into the character, maybe more than I ever had before. If you approach it with a positive attitude, and decide just to have fun, it will be better! Believe, me I know how you feel. The theater was very big on casting people who have ALWAYS done their shows, and it was my first audition there.

Okay, well, i know we had this discussion earlier, but i was at work and couldn't join in...I really do love this thread. There are always mean posts outside the thread and i don't want to post questions because i don't want to get yelled at (not that i ever have, but i'm terrified about things like that.) I love coming back to check on the bare family. My roommate thinks i'm crazy, but it's so much fun chatting with you guys. Hope you're all having wonderful nights!

I got Sister Berthe...one of the nuns... I've been pretty upset. The reason being... I know I'm a better actress than some of the girls who made bigger parts... just really upset... but hey thats life right!

I'm going to quote a great someone for ya sweetie. I was so crushed about not getting the role I wanted here in a show last year...

"There are no small parts, only small actors. You could have only one line and still be the best actor in the whole damn show! Everyone plays a part in making a show. If it were all one person, theater wouldn't be too exciting."

I'm loving Michael back with brown hair. It's already perfect

Definitely AG, definitely!! It looks so good, much better than the blonde!

Okay, whoa guys, this was two away from the bottom of the page. It was scary, and sad, so I'll post.

I would like to say that my alarm wakes me up to a CD every morning and for the last 3 weeks straight it's been "Are You There?" It's nice to wake up to the show, then that's what's in my head for the rest of the day. Yay for Bare!!

The Barees site posted their interview with Sergio Trujillo, the choreographer for the show.

I am currently trying to picture Michael doing this complicated dance sequence. For all I know he's the next Fred Astaire, but for some reason I'm picturing quite the opposite!

Let's see, other than the janitor at the ATA, I think they've interviewed every person but Michael for that site. Oy vey!

Great interview.....I don't think I realized the rave was actually choreographed. I thought they just did their own thing....
