Oh man, I forgot all about the fact that you all would have to change plane tickets and such. I can't even fathom looking forward to it at this point. I have zero expectations anymore. I wouldn't be shocked if it never re-appeared again.

Okay, I'm lying, but damn this is just aggravating. If it sucks for us, imagine how much it sucks for the cast/producers as well (yes I will blame Dodgers, why? because I want to).

we could always take our computers to dogers on the 27 and go in the theatre and protest and attempt to let us in to see it in rehersals or maybe just sit in the theatre untill the show starts whenever it really opens

I suggest you all WAIT before you start buying tickets tomorrow and changing travel plans. The show has been delayed 3 times now...maybe it's better to let rehearsals begin before you start snatching up tickets...may serve to be less of a hassle in the long run.
PS-You dont have to build Dodger Stages..it's DONE..there are other shows running there!!! There have been shows running there since BEFORE Bare was supposed to open in September.

Believe me, we're aware. We're just alluding to the "technical difficulties" excuse that was given to us back in September. :P

Newcomer, I hear you. Don't think I haven't been checking the streets of New York for every last penny! Being broke you learn to use what resources you have, especially when it comes to making sure I have that ticket to BARE with y'all!!!!

bk, I read the Post articles yesterday... amazing. I'm so familiar with the plight of GLBT youth in the city, which is hard enough, that I sometimes forget there are still gay kids growing up in the Bible belt...

All I can say about the potential delay is thank god I did not buy tickets for the first weekend. I toyed with the idea, but with work & school I knew it was not a good idea. I bought tickets for December AFTER finals but before x-mas.

BK - Those Washington Post articles are great. I live in DC so I am a constant reader of washingtonpost.com. The website requires people to register, so if anyone who doesn't want to register, you can read the articles on my LJ.
