This is a very sad day! This is going to hurt the moment that the show has built up after now 3 postponements! ARGH...

Sigh, I'm so confused. Telecharge says it's definitely not cancelled, although people have been calling all morning.

Not a good day....not a good day at all. I am seriously bummed. It really sucks when people are so passionate about something (Kristen, Damon, Jesse, the cast) and it just keeps getting postponed. These people are going to need to make money eventually. That would be something...if we could raise the money....maybe a Bare fundraiser!! Eh....I don't think anything but a miracle from above is going to help now!

Where's that eccentric millionaire Van Joop or whatever his name is when you need him? He's kept Dracula open for goodness sake!

Le sigh.
The only solace I have is that Michael is doing a bunch of shows coming up so at least I'll be able to see him perform.
But what about John?

I agree Newcomer. Everyone has given so much to this project and I hate to see it mired down in business crap.

I feel really terrible for all of them. As much as we love it and it "belongs" to fans, this show is so obviously their baby.
I also can't see how the actors can afford to keep going with it at this point. Maybe they're really passionate about it, but I'm sure they like to eat and have a roof over their heads too!

John is actually a very good friend of mine and he doesn't appear to be worried about the show. My brother is going to NYC in December and he said he'd get them seats.

If you're referring to me, I don't live in NYC. I've known John since he was 10-years-old (Texas). However, I too would love to live in NYC. I was able to catch the final show of BARE before the move and I was amazed. I had trouble watching John's love scene though.
He was/is amazing! They were all amazing!

I'm looking forward to this, but am sort of hoping they don't sing anything from Bare now so I don't have to be reminded of the possibilities! Oy vey.
Now MoG will *really* cry if John doesn't perform before 8:00!

what one that is actually a good show unlike WKD, POTO, or Les Mis
BARE ACTUALLY HAS A PLOT AND REALLY GREAT MUSIC
and we are not the WKD fans and post 60 things a day about it
although I think we should do it just to anoy people like her
