Ummm...two dollars to anyone who can tell me who Adam Guettel or Craig Lucas is! :/

Adam Guettel is the composer and lyricist of Floyd Collins, a wonderful musical based on the true story of the title character. He was a Kentucky dirt farmer who discovered a grand cavern on his property, only to become trapped in it. He died a few days later, while rescue workers were still trying to get to him. Mr. Guettel also wrote another show called Myths and Hymns, which I think was also called Saturn Returns. I'm not so keen on that show, but I have several friends who like it.

Craig Lucas is a playwright. He wrote Longtime Companion. I'm sure he's written other plays, as well, but that's the only one I can recall off the top of my head.

Now, where's my two dollars!

I've been listening to BARE non-stop and was all excited to see it again, hopefully with some good changes and the amazing cast...

and then it hit me today that it may not come to fruition and now I'm really sad
I know I'm late to all of this, and the thread. But I thought I'd be in good company.

Hmm...I wonder if that $20 each thing would actually work to get attention. I sincerely doubt that us each donating the money would help financially, but if the word got out that there was such demand for the show, it would definitely get media attention.

Have a wonderful time tonight everyone! Think of all of us who can't be there. (Oh, and wish me luck on my organic chem test, which I will be taking at the same time you'll be there...ech..)
