The one of Michael and Jenna backstage just automatically produces an "awwwwwweeeee"! So cute!
That's my favorite picture. Besides Scott spread out all over the floor of course.
And I just caught that those lyrics were to a "new song". I was reading them, trying my hardest to figure out the tune they go to. LOL! I think we found a new job for Trisky!
Why yes we did, artist in residence ... of Ward 9 at Bellevue where voices speak lyrics to me in my head.
Wait, a sec, is it??? Lemme think about it for a sec....
Lar... lar... lar... lar... we're gonna make you Popu-lar, just not quite as popular *with* meeeeee....
BFF, I LOVED the lyrics. How the hell were you coherent enough to write them down? :P
I wasn't, that's why they kept riding around in my brain in circles until I got them out. I do my best writing in my sleep and barely ever remember it the next morning. So when they wouldn't go away, I figured I'd make you all suffer because I'm charitable like that.
FB, please figure this out. Thank you. :P
Please see my response to your LJ commment. Thank you.
MoG and 2Day... Every time I look at your guys pictures of the 2 of you.. I think "they are so Beautiful".
Awwww, thank you so much EyEs!!
I'm looking at... Itacha in NY, U of Arts in Philly, Roosevelt in Chicago, and Webster in St. Louis.... what do you know about any of those?
Ithaca is a GREAT school if you're going for something music related!

I like the one of him and Cheyenne, of course!

I just saw the BWW pictures from standing ovations and may i be the first to say
You guys are frickin' adorable
oh and so is Michael!
gotta go make a pathetic attempt to photoshop me into that picture!
Edited to not forget about Scott A. he seems like a really fun loving guy! And sooo cute
HAHAHA I could tell you had enough of us by the end of the night, that's for sure! :-P
Speak for yourself FB, Trisky never gets sick of me, right Trisky?! :)
I move in 2 days to a new house and so my computer is going to be gone for at least a week!
No computer for a week? Oh my God, I would die! LOL
MoG and 2Day... Every time I look at your guys pictures of the 2 of you.. I think "they are so Beautiful".
Awww....thanks hon. That's so sweet of you to say. :)
what up BARE people??
What up Broadwayguy2? We'll catch up soon! :)
That's my favorite picture. Besides Scott spread out all over the floor of course.
That Scott picture is seriously some funny ****. I know he told us about the shot but I didn't realize he had thrown himself across the floor. Cutest.boy.ever!! :)
Oh, and why the hell didn't we go up to Josh Young and talk to him? He's totally cute even if his rapping has scarred me for life in the Woman Upstairs! O_O
Madeofgold (I think I spelled that right) - I'm a good friend of John's and you are absolutely right. He rocks.
Hey Ktal! John indeed does bring the rocketh. I could go on and on and on about his wonderfulness but the thread has probably heard enough of my John pimpage! I love him! :)

Oh please! There is no such thing as too much pimpage. I mean, you don't even want to know how many times I say the words Aaron Lohr, Bare, and Newsies in conversation with some of the people from my livejournal and other message boards...heh.
You guys are frickin' adorable
In a "at least the camera didn't shatter" kind of way, yes.
Speak for yourself FB, Trisky never gets sick of me, right Trisky?! :)
Can God strike you down dead if you don't necessarily believe God exists in the first place? I need to know before I answer. :P

I honestly can't decide what's funnier, him on the floor or him attached to Cheyenne's back, though personally I'd like to be him on Cheyenne's back rather than him on the floor.

He's kind of like loving the stray mutt you find on the street (only you know, far from being a mutt), you just can't help yourself after a while and then suddenly you can't remember when you didn't. He's the Sandy to your Annie, since I know how much you *loved* that show.
Though I've yet to figure out why it's only in person I feel an urge to molest him (in some way that wouldn't get me arrested), but not so much anywhere else. Hmmm... maybe it's the pheromones.

So I took a break from this thread for a few days and I've come to one conclusion...
Karma is a b*tch!
The day that I started all that unhappiness on here; aside from BB backlash, I woke up in the middle of the nite with really red spots on my stomach.
Chicken pox in your 20's, not a good time. Not a good time at all.

LOL! Thanks....I was looking through, and I feel so out of place! It's like....here's a whooooooole bunch of broadway stars, and here are some groupies at Fez! LOL!
Oh, and why the hell didn't we go up to Josh Young and talk to him? He's totally cute even if his rapping has scarred me for life in the Woman Upstairs!
Yeah, he looked kind of lost to me at one point, and I felt bad, but was unable to get up, b/c I think someone was a little too touchy-feely at that point!
He's the Sandy to your Annie

Just wanted to say that I saw the pics from Standing Ovations 2, and you all look sooo cute!!! Looks like it was such a great night, I just can't seem to say that enough!!! So can't wait for the DVD!!!
Trisky, that is one beautiful dream you had, I can barely remember mine but I am sure if I did it would not be as poetic as yours!!

The pics are so great. I wish I could have been there.
So, I just got a lot of coffee so I could stay awake to write my papers (yes, I have four...my professors hate me) and now I'm over-caffeinated and I can't focus. Ugh...
He's the Sandy to your Annie *stares blankly*
And now Annie's in my head. Not helping... Must listen to BARE...
Karma is a b*tch!
karma is the greatest thing in hte whole world
Yay for the John love! He's talented, funny, beautiful and nice. What's not to love?! :)
In a "at least the camera didn't shatter" kind of way, yes.
I was going to say the same thing! O_O

Bitch!

How the hell did you come up with this analogy and how are you the "sane" one and I'm the "odd" one?
Though I've yet to figure out why it's only in person I feel an urge to molest him (in some way that wouldn't get me arrested), but not so much anywhere else. Hmmm... maybe it's the pheromones.
Because clearly you are on crack, yo. How is it that you didn't think he looked good in the Paper magazine picture while I stood there orgasming at the store? :)
I mean, you don't even want to know how many times I say the words Aaron Lohr, Bare, and Newsies in conversation with some of the people from my livejournal and other message boards...heh.
LOL! You don't say?! Don't you hate it when people just go on and on about a person in their LJs? LOL
LOL! Thanks....I was looking through, and I feel so out of place! It's like....here's a whooooooole bunch of broadway stars, and here are some groupies at Fez! LOL!
That to me is the funniest part. Could we be more random?
Yeah, he looked kind of lost to me at one point, and I felt bad, but was unable to get up, b/c I think someone was a little too touchy-feely at that point!
I blame the alcohol and your overall adorkableness!
And now Annie's in my head.
Oh God, that's my idea of hell! :/
And in the interest of keeping this Bare related, I was wondering how all of you got into Bare intially? I mean, so many of you haven't even seen the show yet so how did you become obsessed with it?
I actually went to see the show with Trisky the night before it ended it's run at the ATA not knowing anything about it. I remember walking out being totally amazed by the cast and the story. How about you guys?

A guy who works at the theater I worked at this summer who had seen the show gave one of the sampler CDs to my best friend, who had me listen to it, because that what we do with new musicals. Completely fell in love with it, and then found this site and this thread. As I learned more about the show from you guys, I got even more obsessed, and that brings us to today...
And now Annie's in my head.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I was in the show a couple of years ago...I mean, it was fun, but all the orphans were pre-teen over-ambious twerps and all they wanted to do was prove that they could have been Annie, so they would belt out "Tomorrow" in the dressing room, and the green room, and backstage (well, not during the show), and everywhere else... Ugh...
24 hours from now I'll be landing at the airport for my weekend in NYC!!!!!!!
*squeels with excitement*

I can't wait to hear what the news is....maybe a new job! :)
How the hell did you come up with this analogy and how are you the "sane" one and I'm the "odd" one?
My mind is a distinct, cavernous, circular place full of logic very few understand (counts on one finger, that would be me) that you should be very, very afraid of!
How is it that you didn't think he looked good in the Paper magazine picture while I stood there orgasming at the store? :)
I think it has something to do with my unnerving ability to put reason before instinct on a daily basis. I am in public, therefore I do not scream like a girl around skeevy, ugly men staring at me, staring at a picture, unless I want to beat them over the head with the magazine. So reason says, look at picture, shrug picture off, consider it at another time. Like when I'm not in a totally distracted, terrible mood. I have now come to the conclusion that it's not a bad picture, not at all.
See definition of my mind above for further reference.
I actually went to see the show with Trisky the night before it ended it's run at the ATA not knowing anything about it.
I think my story consisted of something like "so MoG we should go see this show Bare, I don't know anything about it but I promised I would, look at the website", waiting, "yeah, MoG how about that show Bare", waiting, "they extended the run, we need to go see Bare", waiting, "you know Bare, B-A-R-E", waiting, "oh for goodness sake there's only a week left, pick a friggin date".
Or something. Long ago and far away, in another time and place... I'd been following a personal story about the travails of getting Bare up and running for a really long time from the L.A. production days. When it finally made its way to NYC I felt the need to support it and that hard work by at least popping in to see it. I honestly had no idea what to expect since I wasn't particularly familiar with the actual story in the show, but the synopsis sounded interesting. Getting MoG to make a decision about a date to see it was like pulling teeth, however. It's a good thing I get decisive when I get frustrated.
I'm just happy I didn't look like either Gollum or Jar Jar Binks in some of the SO2 pictures
For those of us who haven't seen either movie, you could be saying you looked like a Playgirl centerfold for all the difference we'd know!
What is this good news Michael has to share on Jim Caruso's Cast Party tomorrow? Did he get a new role? Is Easter Rising being produced in an actual production? Is he adopting a small third world child for 52 cents a day? The mind reels.

I really think we should move in together (seeing that we are married) so you can make me laugh on a daily basis after my long, hard days at work. You always put a smile on my face with your wit. The only person who gets annoyed is my boss, because she hears me laughing so hard and figures I am on the net. Wow..no misspellings. I bet you are proud
