Do you know any of the pricing on those items?

If I remember correctly, a playbill was 20 dollars, a script was 40 and a poster was also 40. The tshirt was probably around 25, which is what I paid for a normal tshirt.
Keep in mind the tshirt isn't signed.
But don't quote me on that, that's basically just what I remember.

A Chorus Line was selling signed playbills and posters ($20 and $40, I believe), and pictures with cast members in the finale costumes for $10.

Does anyone know of any backstage tours being offered? If so, how much are they asking for? I know that in previous years, Mary Poppins and Lion King have given tours.

Is the last day for donations and any autographed items on Sunday, April 27? Just wondering since I will be in the city that weekend.

Glad to hear that SPAMALOT has started collecting and that they're bringing in large amounts, even though it'll only be for two out of the six weeks.
Does anyone know of any backstage tours being offered? If so, how much are they asking for? I know that in previous years, Mary Poppins and Lion King have given tours.
SPRING AWAKENING has backstage tours for $350 per person (not group, person) and WICKED will occasionally do backstage tours for a whole group for $250.

GYPSY is now collecting and is selling posters signed by the entire cast for $100.
XANADU also is selling a new poster design that was just released. It's very bright pink instead of the blue/purple of the previous one, and the image is different. Those are now $60.

Well you CAN simply donate money to the worthy cause. I'll be at the theater all week: and I'm sure though I won't purchase anything I'll dump money each performance. (Which means I'll probably donate MORE than I think I will!)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

My family and I volunteer for BC/EFA. Their spring collections do end on Monday 04/28 with The Easter Bonnet Show however, they are always collecting through their website and special events. If you sign up for their mailing list or visit the website, you will see many opportunities to contribute and take part in some great and different events.

Most shows take credit cards and will be more than happy to charge any amount you would like on the card even if you aren't purchasing expensive items. Once collecting at Spring Awakening, my daughter was approached by someone wanting to charge a large amount on their credit card. The theater obliged.
Thank you all for taking interest in BC/EFA. The people who work there and give their time and energy to this cause are really all great and giving people who I am lucky to know.
