Last night at DRS they had assorted signed cast pictures at $20.00, signed playbills at $20.00 and signed posters at $100.00. No backstage auction package... according to Mr. Pryce (at the stage door) they only do that at the weekend shows.

Hairspray will start collecting on Saturday
Does anyone know about Rabbit Hole and, if so, what they have available?
What's Spamalot doing this time? (at Christmas time, I got a signed poster---made more special because it was signed by both Alan Tudyk AND Hank Azaria!!)

This week-
Nothing new at Bee.
Hairspray was the usual stuff, John Pinette was hysterical in his speech.
Mamma Mia had the usual stuff, plus pictures with the 3 dads in their costumes.
I believe the signed BEE window cards are $50. (right, Liotte?)
And I know it's been mentioned here that BAREFOOT has signed window cards, but the night I went they were selling for $60 and they were selling signed cookbooks for $40. The cookbooks included recipes from celebs including Tony Roberts and Kevin Bacon ("whose recipe doesn't include bacon," said Patrick Wilson).

At DRS this past Sunday, they didn't do the backstage tour.
Pryce did joke, however, that for $50,000, he, Norbert and Mylinda would come to your house and perform "Ruprecht" in the nude. And for $100,000, they'd keep their clothes on.
The production photos and stage renderings were absolutely beautiful... but I ended up with a Playbill instead. I'd have loved to have gotten a poster, but $100 is a bit steep for me right now.
I loved that they had some of the ensemble members manning the doors and merch stand!
I was surprised to see that THE PAJAMA GAME (atleast on Sunday) didn't have anything.

I know its a great charity and Highly support it. But I remember when the posters were 40 or 50 $ not 100. The average person can't afford that after the ticket price. But if you can afford it go for it.
I don't know I guess I've always thought that sometimes you'd make more money with selling more posters than just selling some expensive posters. If you sell 5 50$ posters thats more than 1 - $100 poster. Just my opinion. BUT SUPPORT BCEFA its a great cause.
When will the shows stop selling these items? I will be in NYC in two weeks and don't wanna miss this!

They should still be doing this until the middle of April.
I noticed earlier in the post a bunch of people asking about Jersey Boys. They have signed posters for 100, signed 45s from the remaining original Four Seasons, and "Walk Like A Man" and "Big Girls Don't Cry" buttons.
Also, after the show, for 20 bucks an item, you can meet the guys and have them sign something. They do it at the bar in the lobby and are real nice and will talk with you and all. Even though I thought, "hey, I could just meet them at the stage door and pay nothing for an autograph, what the hell...it's for a good cause, so it's worth it!"
