Why hasn't anyone ever considered a movie version of the musical HIGH SPIRITS? I found that show to be absolutely delightful.

Well,they are correct to say "based on" although, from this trailer, it might be more accurate to say "loosely based on" or "inspired by". 

That said, it does look like fun, and Isla Fisher is always lovely.
